Finding &
Booking Labor
How to search for laborers and crews, filter by location and qualifications, and add labor directly to a move in the LaborNet Admin Portal.
Steps 1–2
Open Find Labor
1
In the LaborNet Admin Portal, open the Find Labor section from the left-hand menu.
2
Select Laborers and Drivers to view all available labor resources in the LaborNet system.
Step 3
Search by Name or Contact Info
1
Use the search bar to find a specific laborer by first or last name, email, phone number, or CID number.
Step 4
Filter by Location
1
Use Filter by Location to find laborers near a job site. Enter a search radius, type the job address, then click Search.
Step 5
Apply Qualification Filters
1
Check Active CID to show only laborers with a current background check clearance.
2
Check Military Approved to show only laborers cleared for military base access.
3
Check 300x Certified Training to show only laborers who hold 300x certification.
4
You can also filter by specific military bases where laborers are approved to work.
5
When finished filtering, click Clear All to return to the full labor list.
Step 6
Review Laborer Certifications
1
Each laborer profile shows certification icons at a glance. Use these to quickly confirm whether a laborer meets your job’s requirements:
Gray CID icon — No active CID (not background-checked)
Green Military icon — Approved for military base access
Gray 300x icon — Not 300x certified
All green icons — Active CID and military-approved (fully qualified)
Step 7
Search for Crews
1
Click the Crew button to switch to crew search mode.
2
Use the same location filters (radius + address) to find crews near a job site, or search by crew name, crew code, crew leader name, or location.
3
Click Clear Search to return to the full crew list when done.
Step 8
Add Labor to a Specific Move
1
Go to your Moves list and click on the move you want to add labor to.
2
On the Move Info page, scroll to the bottom to see laborers requested, currently assigned, and invited. Click the + button to add labor.
3
In the add-labor view, search by laborer name or scroll the list. Grayed-out names do not meet the job’s required qualifications — skip these and find a laborer whose name is not grayed out.
Note: Grayed-out laborers lack a required qualification for this job (e.g., no active CID). Only non-grayed laborers can be added.
4
Check the checkbox next to the laborer’s name, then click Submit. The laborer will receive an invitation via text, email, or the LaborNet app.
Labor booked! ✓
The laborer will receive an invite and their status will appear on the Move Info page — track acceptances there until your crew is fully staffed.
💛 Use Filter by Location first — it surfaces the closest available labor and gets your crew confirmed faster!

Extra Tip
You can combine location filtering with qualification filters — for example, find only Active CID laborers within 25 miles of the job site. This is the fastest way to build a fully qualified crew for compliance-heavy moves.
