Adding a Move
Manually
How to manually create a move in the LaborNet Admin Portal — including shipper details, job configuration, requirements, addresses, and final review.
Step 1
Open the Moves Management Section
1
Log in to the LaborNet Admin Portal at admin.labornetapp.com. In the left-hand menu, click Moves, then click Manage Moves.
Step 2
Start Creating a New Move
1
On the Manage Moves page, click the Add a Move button in the top-right corner to begin.
Step 3
Enter Shipper Information & Requirements
1
Enter the shipper’s (customer’s) name, email address, and phone number.
2
At the bottom of this section, specify the requirements for the job. Click any that apply:
Available requirements: CID Required · W-9 Required · Military Base Approval · 300x Certification · Containerized Move
3
Click the Next button to proceed.
Step 4
Add a New Job to the Move
1
Click Add New Job to add one or more jobs to this move.
2
Choose the job type: Pack, Load, Unload, or Load/Unload.
3
Select the driver from the list of drivers connected to your organization.
4
Set the start time and stop time for the job.
5
Enter the job details: number of pounds, number of laborers requested, and the rate per day. Use the notes section for internal notes (Admin Portal only) or special instructions for the job.
6
If the rate is negotiable, click the Rate is Negotiable button to indicate this.
Step 5
Configure Job Visibility & Notifications
1
Use the Job is Public toggle to control visibility. When enabled:
Public job effects: Laborers in the area receive a notification · The job is posted to the LaborNet Jobs Facebook page · The job appears in the LaborNet app for workers searching for work
Step 6
Add Move Addresses & Additional Options
1
Enter the address of the move location.
2
Indicate whether each address is Stop 1 or Stop 2. You can add multiple addresses and reorder stops if needed.
3
Optionally, reorder stops if the sequence needs to change from how they were entered.
4
Optionally, add job photos to give drivers and laborers better insight into the job, or add another job (e.g., pickup, disposal) related to this move. When finished, click Next.
Step 7
Review and Create the Move
1
Review the summary of all the information you entered — including requirements such as CID and all job details. Confirm everything is correct, then click Create Move to finalize and save.
Move created! ✓
Your move is now live in the LaborNet Admin Portal. Laborers can be invited, jobs can be tracked, and the move will appear on your Manage Moves dashboard.

Extra Tip
You can add multiple jobs to a single move — for example, a pack job on day one and a load job on day two. Each job has its own driver, time window, and laborer requirements, all linked under one move record.
